John Hayden Appointed Reserve Team Manager

Otley Town Football Club are pleased to announce that John Hayden has been appointed reserve team manager for the 2019/20 season. John brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience with him from both the professional and non-league game having played for Sheffield United, Alfreton Town, Worksop Town and Maltby Main among others. He was also player coach at Hallam FC in the North East Counties Premier League for two seasons as well as being assistant manager at Staveley Miners and Emley.

John joined Otley Town earlier this year and was part of the reserve team that gained promotion to Alliance Division One of the West Yorkshire League.

Chairman Kai Arter commented “John has become a well respected and liked member of the club since he joined us and we are delighted that he wanted to get further involved and manage the reserve team. I am sure that he will be a great addition to the senior management structure of the club.”

Further management appointments will be announced in the coming days.
