WILLINGHAM completed his debut season at OT with his reserves team just tailing off at the business end of the season, slipping away from the promotion spots.
With the 2018/19 targets set WILLINGHAM looked to appoint members to his background staff to help push OT reserves to that next level.
Mark CHESTER who has bags of experience in the West Yorkshire League takes his first step into management as WILLINGHAM'S assistant. CHESTER is keen to get to work helping build the OT senior squad, his is relishing the opportunity and feels he is more than ready to face the challenge ahead of him at The Old Showground.
CHESTER said "I am honoured to have been considered for the role working alongside Liam. I will ensure the standards The club expect are adhered to by The reserves. The squad we currently have at Otley is exciting and with the work on going in the background to bring in more players, make this is an exciting time for the club.
I believe we have enough talent already to ensure a league win and will ensure the team have the same belief come the start of the season.
I am genuinely excited to be apart of the management at this exciting time for Otley Town."
WILLINGHAM is also appointing Luke STUBBINS as the new reserves coach for the 2018/19 campaign. STUBBINS again brings plenty of playing experience from the amateur level in West Yorkshire, with a fantastic footballing brain and love of fitness STUBBINS promises to ensure the reserves are quick out of the block come the start of the season.
